There is no minimum order quantity. We endeavor to ship the ordered goods within 3 working days (2 to 4 working days for addresses in Austria, all other countries have individual shipping times which we unfortunately have no influence on) after receipt of payment (for payments in advance) or receipt of order (for payments by direct debit or invoice) to send. We reserve the right to make a partial delivery if this appears advantageous for speedy processing and to inform you about this.

Insofar as delivery to the customer is not possible because the customer cannot be found at the delivery address specified by him, the customer shall bear the actual costs incurred for the unsuccessful delivery.

We send your package via DHL or UPS as standard. Special forms of shipment requested by our customers are charged with the customary local surcharge.

You will receive an email when your goods leave our premises. This also contains the shipment number, which you can use to track the shipment online on the parcel service's website.
